Teaching for film schools and industry organisations

Teaching experience

While primarily a working writer, Linda is internationally recognised for her ground-breaking book on how to write non-linear as well as conventional films, Screenwriting Updated: New and Conventional Ways of Writing for the Screen.

Linda has guest lectured extensively in Australia and internationally on conventional and non-linear screenwriting.

She has given guest-lectures for many organisations, including NYU and Columbia universities in New York, AFI in Los Angeles, Screen Training , Ireland [Dublin] and Digital Media Academy.

In September 2002 , at the request of the WIFTI, New York, she devised and ran the first international online screenwriting masterclass for Women in Film and TV International.
